There is a small recording studio at Wilks Bay with a selection of Jamaican musical instruments and a keyboard, complete with drum pad and lots of instrument sounds. Guests can create and record their own music in the studio with the assistance of Nadia, our sound engineer. 

Guests with musical experience, whether they have previously recorded or not, are very welcome to come to the studio and do a recording.

Even guests with no music training or experience can come and record and often produce something very good. This is done via the magic of Pro Tools (software for sound recording). Guests are encouraged to play as many instruments as possible themselves on their recordings. Nadia is very patient and will make a recording happen even for those with no recording experience, even young children.
